My gf wants action in bed but has blue waffle disease?

My gf has blue waffle disease but o still want to show her a good time in bed yet not feel all disgusted should I just have blind sex so I can't c it all just put up with it I luv her yet I feel weird because of her disease I shouldn't have to leave her just because of this should I ?
